Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)

In order to enhance supply chain security and to help the authorized logistics operations to run more smoothly and conveniently, the Customs authorities of various countries spare no efforts to promote the "AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) system". In response to the policies of the government and the international trends, the Company set up an AEO safety management committee to push forward the certification of the "warehousing – Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)" in accordance with “AEO Certification & Management Regulations”. We reviewed and evaluated one by one our operations’ security environment, security procedures and security controls for the sake of cargo safety and smooth supply chain running. All staff and business partners are involved to this end.

Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)

Where the business entities, who engage in the international transport of goods, complying with the World Customs Organization (WCO) or equivalent supply chain security standards, and is acknowledged by national Customs authorities or their representatives, include manufacturers, importers, exporters, customs brokers, freight forwarders, cargo consolidators, intermediate carriers, sea ports, airports, trucking operators, the combined transport service providers, warehousing operators, distributors and other related service providers of international logistics supply chain, all of them can become an AEO (Authorized Economic Operator ) corporation after qualified certification. AEO enterprise advantage

AEO corporations do not only obtain substantially convenient customs clearance domestically, but also, by benefiting from the mutual recognition agreements between the customs of various countries, enjoy a more convenient customs clearance services for their export cargo in other countries. It thus enhances supply chain security and international competitiveness which creates more business opportunities for AEO corporations involved.

The Company's AEO Certification Status

The company obtained the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification for the warehousing industry in 2012. To ensure a secure and comprehensive supply chain environment, we incorporated the road transportation industry into our AEO certification renewal process in 2015. As a result, we successfully obtained AEO certification for both warehousing and road transportation.

In December 2018, we were awarded a permanent AEO certificate by Keelung Customs. This certification signifies our compliance with the WCO SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade, ensuring secure and high-quality warehousing and transportation services.

By maintaining seamless security integration with upstream and downstream business partners, we contribute to enhancing the safety of international trade supply chains.

Cooperated matters from Business Partners

To comply with AEO safety certification requirement, for personal access to control area, please always wear the identification badge issued by EITC.
Please cooperate with the security staff by showing personal identity documents and having personal belongings checked.
Prohibit carrying dangerous goods into control zones and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Please enter the control zone in accordance with Company's security rule: "No access to any area is allowed without permission".
Without authorization, no person in the control zone is allowed to operate any moving vehicle and equipment.
Upon picking-up container, please check and record whether the seal is in good condition.
Please check the relevant documents upon delivering or picking-up the cargoes at the warehouse.
