Dayuan Logistics Park spans approximately 28,000 ping, with a total floor area of 40,000 ping (including office and warehouse buildings). Conveniently located near Taoyuan International Airport and 15 km from Taipei Port, Dayuan Logistics Park offers convenient transportation access. The park features rotary ramp that accommodate 40ft container trucks to drive upstairs to each floor, which enhances the efficiency of cargo movement.

In 2023, the park received the Green Building Label from the Ministry of the Interior, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and resource efficiency. Meeting high standards in ecology, energy saving, waste reduction, and health, the facility includes a 1,956.57 kW solar power system, which began commercial operation on June 8, 2023. This system is estimated to reduce 1,209.71 tons of carbon emissions annually, equivalent to the afforestation of 122.19 hectares or 3.1 Da’an Forest Parks. Additionally, the park incorporates the flood retention pond and features six EV charging stations, offering a convenient and sustainable solution for electric vehicle users.
